1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, personalised or customised jewellery, gift cards, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchange Policy
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be replaced subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, BEAUSTRE may offer a similar replacement or a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days. Shipping and service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Process
To request a return, email info@beaustre.com with your Order Number, the reason for the request, and clear photographs of the product and packaging if applicable. Please wait for confirmation before sending any item back.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and the order will fall under this policy.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor colour variations caused by screens or lighting.
